Women Who Build the Game

Women Who Build the Game is a community-driven gathering created in response to what women in sport are asking for: clarity in leadership pathways, stronger support for athlete mental health, and real strategies for navigating the complex dynamics between parents, coaches, and communities. This event brings women and girls together to name the challenges they face, learn from one another, and build the kind of support network that strengthens everyone involved.

Across sports and levels, women are carrying heavy loads—leading teams, supporting young athletes, advocating for safety and wellness, and often doing it without a roadmap or a community to lean on. This event creates that space. Through honest conversation, shared experience, and practical tools, we’re building belonging, visibility, and collective strength.
