As a licensed nurse with experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and school nursing, I bring a unique perspective into coaching which encompasses both physical and mental well-being. I have a deep understanding of the importance of team sports, and individual athletes in building confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.

With over 15 years of nursing experience and more than a decade working with youth in school and athletic settings, I bring a unique lens to mental resilience and wellness in sports. My Master's in Mental Health and Wellness with a focus on prevention, combined with training in Psychological First Aid and school emergency triage, allows me to design programs that support the emotional and physical demands young athletes face. Having worked extensively as a school nurse and youth mentor, I understand how to bridge medical insight with practical strategies for confidence, recovery, and performance. This foundation positions me to guide athletes, coaches, and families in building strong, sustainable mental health practices both on and off the field.
